Laura Jade
I’m Laura Jade, a tattoo artist inspired by the elegance and depth of Japanese aesthetics. My work is rooted in traditional ornamental design, with a focus on floral motifs, flowing compositions, and patterns that echo the harmony found in nature. I strive to create tattoos that feel timeless—graceful, intentional, and deeply connected to the body they inhabit.
My approach to tattooing has been shaped by years of travel and immersion in international tattoo culture. The philosophies and artistic traditions I’ve encountered continue to influence my perspective, driving me to refine my craft and honor the cultural significance behind the art.
Alongside my husband, Jeff Gogue, I own and operate Olinjär Studio in Bellingham, Washington. Beyond tattooing, we are dedicated to teaching, publishing, and exploring the deeper meanings of art and tattooing through seminars and workshops. My goal is to create work that transcends the surface—offering something both visually striking and profoundly meaningful.
